Gloria Travis

BONNE TERRE — Gloria Ann Travis, 61, of French Village passed away January 3, 2014, at Mineral Area Regional Medical Center. She was born January 7, 1952, the oldest of seven children, in Hastings, Michigan. Gloria loved her grandkids dearly and was also a devoted animal lover.

She was preceded in death by her father, Gerald Britten and one brother, Bobby Britten.

Gloria is survived by her husband, Jerry Travis; two daughters, Amber (Mrs. Jeremy) Smith and Ashley (Mrs. Chris) Dolan all of Bonne Terre; three grandchildren, Jordan Smith, Macie Smith and Hailey Dolan; mother, Dixie (Leonard) Britten of Hastings, Michigan; five siblings, Jerry Britten, Chris Britten, Gary Britten, Ruth (Mrs. Randy) Patterson and Sylvia Britten; special friends, Judy Queen and Francis Britten.
