Lady Bulldogs quick start snowballs Lady Cougars

CADET — The West County Lady Bulldogs won a non-conference contest over the Kingston Lady Cougars on Monday by a score of 63-36. The Lady Bulldogs’ defense forced several turnovers in the early going, allowing them to accumulate a 22-6 lead at the first break.

West County had four players finish in double figures. Hannah Hollock scored 14 points, including one three. Hannah Beck had 13 points, Tiffanie Jones finished with 12, and Courtney Callahan scored 10. Kaylin Sites was next with six.  

Hayley Jarvis led the Lady Cougars on the scoreboard with 14 points. Selena Eckhoff made good on a three-point shot to give her seven points, and Shayla Jennings and Taylor Wallace both scored six points each.

West County (6-4) will play next at St. Paul this evening, and Kingston (0-7) will travel to Valle Catholic.
