PARK HILLS — The Park Hills Rebels escalated their scoring in the second half to pull away from the North County Raiders in a conference game on Friday for an 86-61 win.
The Rebels (12-6) made good use of the perimeter where they made good on 12 three-pointers as a team. Jake Bridges connected on five threes for the bulk of his team-high 22 points. Alaric Jones scored 16, Austin Caldwell had 10 and Brayden Manion added another nine for the Rebels.
Adam McGraw sparked North County’s challenge with 23 points to lead all scorers, and Dakotah Huff was a point behind with his 22.
The win moved the Rebels into a tie with Potosi for second place at 3-1 in the conference with Central hosting the Trojans on Tuesday. North County (6-11 and 1-3 MAAA) will travel to Ste. Genevieve on Tuesday.
