Wednesday, Feb. 5: Meatloaf or pork chop, mashed potatoes with gravy, Brussels sprouts, wheat roll/roll, unsweetened spiced applesauce or applesauce and raisins cake.

Thursday, Feb. 6: Fried chicken with mashed potatoes or spaghetti with meat sauce, corn, lettuce salad, garlic toast or roll, unsweetened fruit.

Friday, Feb. 7: Potato soup or catfish/fish sandwich with tator tots, onion rings, coleslaw, cracker or hush puppy, mixed fruit.

Monday, Feb. 10: Chicken livers or ham and beans, breaded tomatoes, spinach, cornbread, apple crisp or unsweetened apple crisp.

Tuesday, Feb. 11: BBQ ribs with potato wedges or chicken tetrazzini, Oriental vegetables, wheat roll/roll, unsweetened pineapples or pineapple cake.

Wednesday, Feb. 12: Chicken strips or country fried beef steak, mashed potatoes, Chinese slaw, wheat roll/roll, unsweetened Jell-O with pears or regular Jell-O with pears.
