Central meets tonight

The Central school board will meet at 6:15 p.m. this evening at the board office at 200 High Street in Park Hills.

The board will recognize retiring board member Ken Douglas; as well as students. The board will hear reports on Parents as Teachers and School Safety.

Also, the board will consider the 2014-15 school year calendar, a non-binding tax rate, Qualified Zone Academy Bonds Application,  and the DECA National Competition.

The meeting is open to the public.
