Georgia Elizabeth Neff

PARK HILLS — Georgia E. (Wininger) Neff, age 97, of Leadington, passed away March 20, 2014, at Presbyterian Manor in Farmington. She was born in Bonne Terre, January 17, 1917, to the late George S. Wininger and Alice A. (Cooksey) Wininger. She was the wife of Herbert D. Neff who preceded her in death in 1978. Georgia was a member of the First Baptist Church of Park Hills.

She was also preceded in death by three sisters, Emma (Mrs. Ray) Hardy, Tince (Mrs. Earl) Holley, and Mary Jane (Mrs. Chester) Pearman; two brothers, Clinton S. Wininger and Freddie Lee Wininger.

Georgia is survived by two sons; Richard David Neff and wife Karen, and Fred B. Neff and wife Sandra; six grandchildren, Steven (Tiffany) Neff, Laura (Kris) Fairchild, Brian (Hillary) Neff, Aaron (Jennifer) Neff, Jason (Robin) Neff, and Katelyn (Jaron) Bridges; five great-grandchildren, Walker David Neff, Hayden Benjamin Neff, Liam Thomas Neff, Georgia Ann Neff, and William David Fairchild.

Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home Caldwell Chapel in Park Hills, Friday, March 21, 2014, from 5-8 p.m. The service will be held Saturday, March 22, 2014, at 10 a.m. with Rev. Josh Wilson officiating. Interment will follow at St. Francois Memorial Park in Bonne Terre. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to First Baptist Church in Park Hills.
