Raiders manage only four hits in shut-out by Cuba

BONNE TERRE – The North County Raiders were again smitten by the error-bug as they had four which was as many as their hits against Cuba’s pitching in a 6-0 loss.

Nate Reynolds took the loss on the mound after giving up three earned runs in his three innings. Brett Barton gave up only one hit in pitching the last four innings in relief.

Judd Weible claimed three of the Raiders’ four hits, going 3-3 in the game, and Dan Sadler had the fourth hit.

The Raiders (1-8) have a rough week ahead with a game every day, starting with the first four on the road.
