Ronald Sutton

FARMINGTON — Mr. Ronald Joseph Sutton, 78, passed away August 5, 2014, at the University of Missouri Hospital, Columbia. Ronald was born September 22, 1935, in Bonne Terre, and was the son of Charles Sheldon “Jack” Sutton and Alberta ‘Burcham’ Sutton. Also preceding in death were: his wife, Annette ‘Harvey’ Sutton, 1991; and a sister, Jacqueline Ann Kennedy.

Ronald was a US Army Reserves veteran; a member of Farmington Elks Lodge #1765 BPOE and a former self-employed antique dealer.

Survivors include: three sons, Joseph Todd Sutton, of Farmington; Brett David (Kim) Sutton, of Farmington; Charles Harvey “Chuck” (Samantha) Sutton, of Eldon, Missouri; four grandchildren, Cole, Kaitlyn, Carter and Sydney Sutton. Also surviving are two great-grandchildren, Michael and Joseph Noll.

Visitation Friday, 4- 6 p.m. at Taylor Funeral & Cremation Service, Inc., Farmington. An Elks service will be held at 6 p.m. A memorial service will start immediately following the Elks service, officiated by Dr. William C. Miller.
