MADISON COUNTY COMMISSION MINUTES

Tuesday, August 19, 2014, the Madison County Commission met with the following members present: Presiding Commissioner Bob Mooney, First District Commissioner Tom Stephens, and Second District Commissioner Jim Thompson. Donnie Owens attended the meeting.

ROAD & BRIDGE DEPARTMENT

Road and Bridge Supervisor Gregg Pruett discussed the blacktop patching operations being done on county roads. They addressed the plans for completing several more roads.

BEYDORF, INC.

Don Middendorf was present to sign a Tax Increment Financing (TIF) agreement.

COMMISSIONERS REPORTS

Stephens and Thompson checked the condition of several county roads last week along with the patching operations being completed by the county road and bridge department. Mooney met with a TIF developer concerning a contract.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

Commissioner Stephens made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Thompson to approve accounts payable. The motion carried.
