Rev. Ken Goff

PARK HILLS – Rev. Ken Goff, 75, of Bonne Terre passed away November 15, 2014, at his daughter’s home in Bonne Terre, surrounded by his loving family.

He was born October 16, 1939, in Savonburg, Kansas, to Charles and Edna (Lindburg) Goff. He was preceded in death by both parents and one sister, Fern Masheter and father-in-law, Roy Rawlings.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Judy (Rawlings) Goff, two daughters, Kendra (Danny) Boyer of Bonne Terre, and Kris (Johnnie) Cleaver of Marshfield, Missouri; and one son, Kevin Goff of Desloge. Six grandsons, Dustin (Amanda), Derek, (Courtney), Caleb (Brandy), Joel, Kyler, and Carson. Seven great-grandchildren, Gavin, Peyton, Madison, Ky, Sophie, Paisley and Mia. His mother-in-law, Tracy Rawlings; four brothers, Wayne, Harry, Paul and Donald. Two sisters, Faye and Ruby and several nieces and nephews.

Ken was a loving husband, father, grandpa and papa. He will be deeply missed by his family and all that knew him.

Ken retired in 2011 from being and active minister for 41 years, and also being the superintendent at the Free Will Baptist Youth Camp in Niangua, Missouri, for 16 years.

Ken was forced to retire due to serious illness.

Ken was a member of the Parkview Free Will Baptist Church in Desloge, Missouri.

Visitation will be held 5-9 p.m. Tuesday, November 18, 2014, at Horton-Wampler Funeral Home in Park Hills. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, November 19, 2014, at Parkview Free Will Baptist Church in Desloge with Rev. Gary Parker, Rev. Lindell Richardson and Rev. Ron DeGonia officiating. Burial will be at Three Rivers Cemetery.
