Thomas Pratt

PARK HILLS — Thomas Pratt, 63, of Farmington was born in Cadet, Missouri, on May 17, 1951, to Teresa Pratt. He departed this life on December 15, 2014. He was preceded by a daughter, Stephanie Coffee and brothers and sisters.

He is survived by his wife, Annabelle Pratt; children, Rocky Franklin, Kimberly (Ed) Goforth, Gary Wright, Tascha (Rick) Radford and Tanya (Todd) Sirclum; 11 grandchildren and 10 great- grandchildren.

Visitation, Thursday from 5 p.m. until service at 7 p.m. in the Coplin Funeral Home.
