Carmelia Kearns

PARK HILLS — Carmelia Kearns, 93, of Bonne Terre was born in Centerville, Iowa, on February. 20, 1921, to the late Clinton and Geneva Braley Hicks. She departed this life in her home on December 13, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Kearns and a sister, Deloris.

Carmelia was a long-time Christian and was greatly loved by her family and friends. She was a Beautician before retiring.

She is survived by her daughters, Cynthia Kearns, and Stephanie Boyer and the late Donald Boyer; grandson, David Boyer; great-granddaughter, Emily Brooke Boyer; nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends.

Funeral Services were in the Coplin Funeral Home on Tuesday with Rev. Gene Marcum officiating. Burial in the Cedar Falls Cemetery.
