Search on for convenience store robbery suspect
An early morning robbery of a Desloge convenience store has led to a search for the suspect by police.
According to Desloge Police Chief James Bullock, a white male subject entered the C-Barn convenience store, located at 108 S. Desloge Drive, at approximately 2 a.m. Tuesday and demanded money from the register.
After the cashier complied with the robber’s demand, the suspect reportedly fled the scene on foot. The cashier told police they did not see any vehicles or accomplices.
The suspect was described as between 6 feet and 6 feet 2 inches tall, wearing a grey hoodie, blue bandanna, gloves and tennis shoes.
