Willetta ‘Billie’ Wurst

DESLOGE — Willetta “Billie” Wurst, 96, of Park Hills, passed away May 12, 2015, at Fountainbleau Nursing Center in Festus. She was born October 29, 1918, in Flat River, to the late Joseph and Mary (Spray) LaBrot. Billie was a member of the First Christian Church in Park Hills.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Arthur Wurst; eight sisters and four brothers.

Billie is survived by her son, Michael Wurst and wife Wanda, several nieces, nephews, and a close friend.

Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Monday, May 18, 2015, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. The service will be held at C.Z. Boyer & Son Chapel, Tuesday, May 19, 2015, at 1 p.m. with Rev. Walt Thompson and Rev. Bill White officiating . Interment will follow at St. Francois Memorial Park in Bonne Terre. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
