Fall co-ed soccer league sign-up underway

Sign-ups are underway for the Farmington co-ed fall soccer league for boys and girls ages pre-K through eighth grade.

The Recreation League places emphasis on fair and equal play, fundamentals and, most of all, a fun experience! Players will be randomly picked for teams, and coaches will be selected on a volunteer basis.

The number of participants is limited in this league. When that number is attained or the sign-up deadline has past, the registration will close.

This program is made possible by parents who volunteer to be a coach and volunteer coaches are needed. A coaches meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. on July 27. 

T-shirts are provided and will be the official uniform worn by team members and coaches.

Teams will play on Saturdays, beginning Aug. 22 at Engler Park. Registration forms are available at the Civic Center or register online at www.farmington-mo.gov by clicking on the “Recreation” tab.

The fee for the league is $20.

Applications for the fall league are due back at the civic center by July 12.
