Sherrye Harvey

Sherrye (Smith) Harvey, 68, of Marquand, died Saturday, July 18, 2015. She was born June 21, 1947 in Granbury, Texas, daughter of Beryl and Effie Smith.

She was preceded in death by parents; brothers Scott Smith, Brian Lee Smith, and Thomas Smith.

Survivors include daughter Tambye Harvey of Gosport, England, United Kingdom; and brother Bill Smith of Purcell, Okla.

Ms. Harvey lived in Noble, Okla for over 50 years and attended the United Methodist Church. She enjoyed traveling, tennis (as a spectator,) football, singing, writing, and crocheting.

She will be cremated and returned to England with her daughter. Services will take place in Oklahoma in future months. She will eventually be laid to rest at sea, in the ocean, which she loved so very much.
