Richard Moore

BONNE TERRE — Richard Moore, 61, of Bonne Terre passed away October 1, 2015, at Barnes Jewish Hospital. He was born February 21, 1954, in Bonne Terre to the late Marvin and Ruth (Cheeseborough) Moore. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister in infancy, Lisa Marie, one son in infancy, Brian David Moore.

Richard was lifelong expert gunsmith, he was owner and operator of M & M Guns. Richard specialized in old Winchesters, he was well known nationwide for his skills and craftsmanship.

Richard is survived by his companion, Brenda (Henson) Moore; two sons, Dudley and Matt Moore; brother, Ron (Anita) Moore; sister, Nancy Moore; grandson, Bradyn Lamew; nephews, Tim and Tom Bullock, and Jason and Steve Moore; and nieces, Kim (Steve) Wade and Elizabeth (Mike) Fisher.

Visitation will be Monday October 5, 2015, from 10 a.m. until time of service at 1 p.m. at C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre with Rev. Howard Gillam officiating the service. Interment will follow at Bonne Terre Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to American Cancer Society.
