‘Winter Wonderland’ returns to Long Memorial Hall

It’s almost time for the Krekeler Jeweler’s Christmas Parade, hosted by the Farmington Chamber of Commerce, and the opening of Winter Wonderland, hosted by the City of Farmington Parks & Recreation.

Santa and Mrs. Claus will be joining the Krekeler Jeweler’s Christmas Parade at 6 p.m. on Dec. 8.

The theme for this year’s parade is “Festival of Trees”. The parade will begin at Columbia and A Street and continues down Columbia to Henry Street where it rounds back on Liberty.

Immediately following the parade, Santa and Mrs. Claus will invite all children (accompanied by their parents or an adult) to join in the grand opening of Winter Wonderland in Long Memorial Hall located at 110 W. Columbia.

Winter Wonderland will be open on weeknights (Monday through Friday) from 6 to 8 p.m. on Dec. 8-23.
