Immunizations provided daily from

7-11:30 then 1 to 5 p.m.

Are you pregnant and a smoker? Inquire about our Baby and Me Tobacco Free Program. There are no income guidelines for this program. This program is offered to pregnant mothers who smoke and want to quit. The incentive is a coupon once a month for the first year after your baby is born for a package of diapers as long as momma stays tobacco free. Call and ask for Alica, Betha or Teresa for more information.
