FHS students compete in Scholar Bowl tourney

The Fredericktown High School Scholar Bowl Team competed in the Notre Dame Scholar Bowl Tournament, Nov. 12.

The FHS squad defeated Jefferson R-7, 270-180. Fredericktown topped De Soto 280-210. The FHS team then lost to Cape Giardeau Central by a 370-190 score.

Team members were Lauren Bathe, Van Gunter, Jonathan Moore, Cody Phillips, Justin Rhodes, Molly Sikes, Colton Helms, and Britin Mercer.

Moore took fourth place overall in the tournament with an average score of 11.33.
