Man injured in UTV crash

A Farmington man was injured in an UTV crash on private property in Ste. Genevieve County.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Sawyer Mason, 20, was driving a 2009 Yamaha Rhino 700 at 8996 Route AA at 11 a.m. Tuesday. He was traveling at a high rate of speed and failed to negotiate a curve to the left. The driver over-corrected to the right causing the Rhino to overturn onto its side.

He received moderate injuries and was taken to Parkland Health Center.
