Robert Owen Pogue

U.S. Veteran Robert Owen Pogue, 81, died March 31, 2018 at Madison Medical Center. He was born October 13, 1936 in Madison County, Missouri the son of Glover Frances and Laura Matilda (Huff) Pogue.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Helen Pogue whom he married March 22, 1956; and son Roy L. Pogue who died May 4, 1995.

Robert is survived by Roger A. Pogue (Sue), Wayne Pogue, and Thomas O. Pogue (Patti); daughter Brenda J. Cox (David); brothers Frances C. Pogue and Orie Leonard Pogue; grandchildren Teresa Winston, Elijah Pogue, Jaime Cowling, Jason Pogue, Robert Pogue, Sarah Christian, James Neel, Shawn Neel, Chris Neel, Heather Hendrix, Jeremy Cox and Danni Hamby; 23 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

Funeral services were Wednesday, April 4, 2018, at Follis & Sons Funeral Home.
