Time for ‘Little Miss and Master’

It’s that time of the year again when the Farmington Women of Today organization sponsors their annual “Little Miss and Master Country Days” contest to be held during Country Days on June 1-3.

Contestants must be a boy/girl couple, between the ages of 4 and 5 (participant must be age 4 on or before May 1 and not over 5 years old) and be residents of the Farmington School District.

The couple must be sponsored by a local business or organization with a $40 entry fee. The contest is limited to the first 15 couples and the deadline to enter is May 7.

Contestants will be asked to participate in a photo session and to participate in the ServPro Country Days parade and coronation on June 2 at the gazebo in Long Park.

Voting will be one penny per vote and collected in the official Women of Today voting boxes only. First, second and third place winners will be named. The decision of the Farmington Women of Today will be final.

For more information or to register a child, visit the Farmington Country Days website at farmingtoncountrydays.com. For more details, contact Faye at 573-756-2951 or Sharon at 756-6886.
