Phyllis Lorene Jones

Phyllis Lorene Jones, 76, died May 13, 2018 in Farmington. She was born November 9, 1941 in Norfolk, Arkansas the daughter of Luther Lackey and Irene (Ricchey) Lackey.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents; step-son Michael Jones; and husbands Brian Kuntz and Robert C. Jones who died on October 21, 1998.

Phyllis is survived her life partner Steven Tidwell; son Steven Kuntz of Denver; brother Bruce Lackey; niece Shelly Scheibert; nephew Jeff Lackey; step-sons Joe Jones and Ed Jones; and several step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.

Funeral services were Thursday, May 17, 2018, at Follis & Sons Funeral Home.
