Farmington Civic Center

Children ages 5-12 participate in variety of fitness programs in a friendly and fun environment. Soccer, basketball, volleyball, swimming, and more. The cost is $3 per child/$12 family of 4 or more. Civic Center gym.

Youth Co-ed Futsal

Deadline to register is Jan. 20, 2019

These leagues are free agent registration only. Games will begin Feb. 23 and are played on Saturdays.

Winter Youth Volleyball Camp

$25/player

Grades 1-8

Farmington High School Volleyball Coach Julie Ward returns to the Farmington Civic Center for this three day winter break volleyball camp. Register by Dec. 1 to guarantee a camp shirt.

5k Turkey Trot and Gobble Wobble Fun Run/Walk

Nov. 22

Farmington Parks and Recreation, in cooperation with Centene Corporation and Coldwell Banker Hulsey Real Estate, are excited to make this annual tradition bigger and better than ever.

Registration for the 5k Turkey Trot is $20 and $15 for the 1-mile Gobble Wobble Fun Run/Walk.

Proceeds from this event benefit the Farmington OAKS Senior Center with the home delivery meals program.

Register before Nov. 11 to guarantee a long sleeved shirt. Registration fee increases to $25 on Nov. 12. Races begin and end at the Farmington Public Library, 101 North A Street.

Check in begins at 7:30 a.m. and race starts at 9 a.m.

The History of Country Music 7 – ‘Back to the Grand Ole Opry’

Friday and Saturday, 7 p.m.

Centene Center

History of Country music utilizes one band through the evening, while featuring a different vocalist or set of vocalists on each song. The band is a full size country band including acoustic and electric guitars, pedal steel guitar, fiddle, banjo, piano, bass and drums.

Reserved tickets are $12 each.

Kid’s Night Out

6 – 9 p.m.

Need an evening without the kids? The Farmington Civic Center gives parents the opportunity to take a well-deserved break! You can feel confident knowing that your child is safe and having the time of their lives!

This incredible evening for your children, ages 6–12, is filled with a variety of fun games, activities and swimming. They won’t want the night to end! And don’t worry about food – we’ll take care of that too!! We will provide pizza and lemonade for them! If your child has a food allergy or would rather have something else, they may bring their own food with them.

Painting Class by Local Artist, Doug Howell

6 – 8 p.m. Civic Center

This is a painting class by local artist, Doug Howell. All painting supplies will be furnished by the Artist. The class is for adults and costs $35. Register at the Farmington Civic Center, 573-756-0900 or online at www.farmington-mo.gov.

Join Santa at Winter Wonderland! Enjoy eating a light breakfast taking pictures while sitting on the jolly old man’s lap. Winter Wonderland will be open exclusively to those in attendance who registered. The cost is $5 and space is limited to 50 individuals and given on a first-come, first-serve basis.
