Cap America announces appointment of new Chief Financial Officer

Cap America, Inc. welcomes David Hoke to the executive leadership team. Hoke will lead the company’s finance strategy and oversee financial operations including budgeting, planning, and accounting functions.

Hoke will assume the CFO role from CFO, James A. “Trae” Hastings III, who announced his intent to retire. Hoke will report to Mark Gammon, President and COO.

He brings extensive experience and expertise in identifying and executing key initiatives which will support the strategic direction of the company. David has a proven track record of aligning resources to drive growth and create value. He will be invaluable to our continuing evolution.”

Hoke has previously held several financial leadership positions including CFO, Vice President of Finance, Vice President of Operations, and Controller with various organizations. Hoke earned both his bachelor’s of science degree in industrial management and his master’s of business administration with accounting focus from The University of Akron. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
