Cap America adds Market Development Manager

Cap America, Inc. has announced Gerald Pinkley will be filling the role of Market Development Manager.

Pinkley will be tasked with the duties of managing sales activities as well as identifying the needs of and marketing to both new and existing customers. He is stepping in to fill a vital role for the expanding company and brings a wealth of knowledge from 27 years in the retail operations field. He will report to the company President and COO, Mark Gammon.

“Gerald is a great addition to the Cap America team,” Gammom said. “His years of experience, successful projects, and strong relationships make him the ideal fit for our plans to continue forging strong partnerships.”

Gerald, who earned his B.S. degree in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University, has previous experience implementing and coordinating corporate merchandising and has been recognized for leading improvements among personnel teams.

“I am excited for the opportunity to apply my expertise in this new role for a company that has proven to be innovative and committed to the success of its clients and employees,” Pinkley said.
