MAC lecture rescheduled

Mineral Area College has rescheduled the lecture, “The Majesty of the Osage,” originally planned for Nov. 7.

The event will now take place at 11 a.m. Nov. 14, in the C.H. Cozean Library at MAC. “The Majesty of the Osage,” presented by Jim Duncan, is an overview of the long history of the Osage in Missouri. Duncan is a historian, educator and past director of the Missouri State Museum.

As part of the traveling exhibit “Patriot Nations” from the Smithsonian, Mineral Area College will be hosting a special guest speaker that has been rescheduled for Nov. 14 at 11 a.m.
