Frances Dalton

PARK HILLS – Frances Dalton, 90, of Cedarhurst on Farmington passed away November 8, 2022, at Cedarhurst. She was born May 24, 1932, in Elvins, Missouri.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William Oscar and Agusta (Hibbits) Goad; and four children, Marsha, Micheal, Claude, and Larry.

Frances is survived by three children, Hank Kinsey and wife Jan, Susan Campbell, and Steven Kinsey and wife Nancy; 12 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren; two sisters, Barbara Swaringim and husband Marvin, and Kathy Swaringim; and brother, Myron Goad. Numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends also survive.

Visitation will be 10 a.m. until time of funeral service at 2 p.m. Monday, November 14, 2022, at Horton-Wampler Funeral Home in Park Hills, Missouri. Burial at Bismarck Masonic Cemetery.
