Curtis ‘Curt’ Ray Davis

DESLOGE – Curt Davis, 61, of Festus, passed away, Friday, January 13, 2023, at Mercy Jefferson Hospital. He was born on Monday, October 16, 1961, in Bonne Terre to Bobby Ray and Madonna (Bales) Davis. Curt proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He was currently employed with K.A. Pazdera Trucking and was a Reserve Deputy with the St. Francois County Sheriff’s Department. He was a member of Faith Church in Sunset Hills where he loved going to church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and woodworking. His biggest joy in life was spending time with his children and grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father; in-laws, Eugene Moses and Nelda Blair; brother-in-law, Jerry Halter.

Curt is survived by the love of his wife and soulmate, Ronda (Moses) Davis; mother, Madonna (Bales) Davis; children, Josh Davis and wife Jessica, Shane Davis, Miranda Ketterer and husband Matthew; step-sons, Ryan McClain, Lucas McClain and wife Brandy; seven grandchildren, Daisy, Cannon, Dahlia Davis, Madison, Mason Ketterer, Skylar Davis; one step-grandson, Micah McClain; four siblings, Bryan Davis (Carolyn Rosner), Jane Sago and Shelton, Diana Rhodes and husband Greg, Bobbie Sue Halter along with extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer & Son in Desloge on Wednesday, January 18, 2023, from 9 a.m. until the time of service at 12 p.m. Pastor Marc Lovato will be officiating.
