TAKE A GUESS

This week’s Take a Guess asks our readers to take a trip back to an earlier time when cars that were ugly as sin were actually quite popular with the car-buying public. Can you name the the model of car pictured above and the company that sold it? If you think you know the answer, send an email with your guess to Editor Kevin Jenkins at kjenkins@farmingtonpressonline.com or post your response on the Farmington Press Facebook page. If you’re right, your name will appear in next week’s issue!

The correct answer to last week’s Take a Guess was a camera used by pigeons to take aerial photographs during World War II. The “birdbrains” that came up with the right answer were Gene Bannister, Susan Smith Kline, Mitchall ODoniel, Mike Bowers, D.W. Underwood, Judy Kopfman,
