Trimfoot donates shoes to St. Francois County Rotary Club

St. Francois County Rotary Club received a donation of 150 pairs of shoes from Trimfoot Co, LLC of Farmington, toward its Missouri Rotary statewide shoe drive.
St. Francois County Rotary is a member of Rotary District 6060. The district has a goal to collect over 20,000 pairs of new, close-toed shoes. These shoes will go to vulnerable children in the United States and around the world. Having proper shoes promotes health, disease prevention, and access to education where shores are required to attend school.
“Trimfoot is thrilled we can support the St. Francois County Rotary project and make a small difference in our community,” said Gary Gorsuch, CEO of Trimfoot, Co. LLC.
Shoes provided by Trimfoot represent multiple brands designed for ages from babies to teenagers, including Baby Deer, Lindsay Phillips, School Issue, and Kids Shoe Box.
“We are pleased that Trimfoot made the decision to donate toward our project,” said Annette Schnabel, president of St. Francois County Rotary 2023-24. “Availability of shoes is a basic component of children’s fundamental need to participate in education. Trimfoot made it easy for our club to initiate this project.”
St. Francois County Rotary is a service organization that supports our local and global communities. Current local service projects include providing over $10,000 in annual education scholarships, supporting the Special Olympics, and hosting the Hidden in Plain View program (a substance abuse awareness campaign).
