Mary Hutson

FARMINGTON – Mary Hutson, 97, of Jonesboro Arkansas, formerly of Farmington, passed away August 10, 2023, at South Winds Heights Assisted Living in Jonesboro. She was born June 25, 1926, in Farmington to the late Roger William and Nellie Esther (Nugent) Black. She was also preceded in death by her beloved husband, Carl Glenwood Hutson; brother, Bill Black; sister, Gwen Hawn, twin sisters, Pauline and Claudine Black. She enjoyed to travel the world and volunteering with her church on mission trips and was an avid Cardinal fan.

Mary is survived by her daughter, Sandra Lynn (Jimmy) Clardy; nephews, Ronny and Larry Detring, as well as many friends.

Visitation will be held Saturday, August 12, 2023, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home–Taylor Chapel in Farmington. Funeral services will be held Sunday, August 13, 2023, with visitation beginning at noon until service at 2 p.m. with Rev. Ron Beaton officiating. Interment will follow at Parkview Cemetery.
