Transfer Station to be temporarily closed

The City of Fredericktown will be closing the Transfer Station, aka City Dump, starting Sept. 18 for mandatory repairs. Officials expect the repairs to take a week, weather permitting. 

The closure is necessary to make improvements required by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources. 

Residential and commercial trash pick up will run as normal, but the station will not be open for any dumping.
