Kelly Ray Garoutte

Kelly Ray Garoutte, 49, of Fredericktown, died Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at Mercy South Hospital in St. Louis. He was born on May 31, 1974,  in Springfield, Missouri to Stanley Wayne and Mary Armena (Armstrong) Garoutte.

Mr. Garoutte married Betsy Michelle Glover June 11, 1994, in Billings, Missouri. She survives in Fredericktown. He is also survived by his children Tracey Harlow and Matthew Garoutte; his father and stepmother Stanley and Marie Garoutte; brothers Kenneth, Keith, and Kevin Garoutte; and grandchildren Robert Donald Earl Martin, Damien Harlow and Sofia Garoutte.

He is preceded in death by his mother Mary Garoutte.

Kelly had worked for EFCO windows. He enjoyed watching car races on TV and collecting model cars.

A memorial service may be held at a later date.
