Soccer Cats top Raiders, drop tourney opener

The Fredericktown High School soccer team won 2-0, Sept. 14, at North County.

Miguel Milan and Marcos Navarette scored for the Cats. Carter Jordan had an assist, and Brigg Hale got the shutout in goal, making four saves.

The Cats opened play in the annual Hillsboro Tournament, Monday. FHS lost 8-0 to DuBourg. 

The Cats play the host Hawks Tuesday (after press time). They will play Washington at 5:45 p.m., Thursday.
