Ribbon Cutting at Rusted Wren

The Madison County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony, Friday, for Rusted Wren. The vintage market and boutique, located at 111 E. Main St., opened its doors that morning and had a fun-filled opening day.
