The City of Park Hills sent out a notice Monday afternoon informing motorists of a temporary road closure in the 100 block of West Elvins Boulevard beginning at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday and continuing until repairs are completed. According to the city, the “closure is essential for crucial utility work in the area.

Detours will be in place to guide drivers around the affected area. Motorists are being asked to exercise caution when driving in the vicinity of the closure.

According to the city, the road will reopen promptly once the work is completed.

“To avoid potential delays, we recommend considering alternative routes whenever possible. Your cooperation and understanding are most appreciated,” the statement reads.
