Shirley J. Politte
PARK HILLS – Shirley J. Politte of Farmington, Missouri, passed away September 22, 2024. She was born February 8, 1939, in Elvins, Missouri, to her parents, the late Elbert P. Montgomery and Alberta ‘Middleton’ Montgomery.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frankie Lee Politte; her second husband, Larry Mathes; sister, Molly Wilt; brother, LeRoy Montgomery; grandson, Kaleb Politte, sisters-in-laws, Carolyn Reed and Lorna Politte; mother-in-law, Virginia ‘Eaton’ Politte; and step-mother, Olevia Montgomery.
Shirley is survived by two sons, Mark Politte and wife Cindy, and Dooley Politte and wife Linda; brother, Bob Womack and wife Carol; sister, June Sexton; eight grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. Other relatives and friends also survive.
Shirley was a member of First Baptist Church of Desloge, Missouri.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. Until time of funeral service at 1 p.m. Saturday, September 28, 2024, at Horton-Wampler Funeral Home in Park Hills, Missouri, with Pastor Dr. Bradford Laubinger officiating. Burial at Woodlawn Cemetery in Leadington, Missouri.
