The Fredericktown Blackcats lost their first game of the season, against the Perryville Pirates at 21-35.
The Blackcats scored their first touchdown in the third quarter against the Pirates’ third, where they almost halted them for the fourth. But the cats were unable to catch up despite picking up momentum in the fourth with two more touchdowns.
