Karsch Family Dental ribbon-cutting
There were lots of smiles and laughter at the Karsch Family Dental ribbon-cutting hosted on Nov. 19, 2025 by the Farmington Regional Chamber of Commerce.
The Farmington Regional Chamber of Commerce conducted a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Nov. 19, 2025 for Dr. Hallie Casteel to celebrate the opening of her new dental practice at 214 W. Karsch Blvd. in Farmington.
She began practicing at Karsch Family Dental in October, following the purchase of the practice from Dr. Timothy McMann.
Her husband, Chrispin Casteel, made a public announcement on social media.
“After years of hard work, dedication, and preparation, my wife, Dr. Hallie Casteel, has made her lifelong dream a reality with the purchase of an existing dental practice —proudly known as Karsch Family Dental — right here in the heart of Farmington, Missouri!” he said.
“Dr. Casteel’s journey has been nothing short of inspiring — from earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at UMKC School of Dentistry, to completing her residency through NYU Langone Health, to years of serving patients with compassion and excellence. Her dream has always been to create a family-friendly dental home where patients of all ages feel comfortable, cared for, and valued.
“We are deeply honored to continue the legacy built by Dr. McMann, whose many years of dedication and service have made a lasting impact on the Farmington community. It’s a privilege to take up the mantle of the practice he established and to carry forward his commitment to quality, compassionate dental care.”
He said this new chapter represents more than just a practice — it’s about planting roots, serving the community, and building a future for their family in Farmington.
He closed his remarks by saying, “I couldn’t be prouder of Dr. Casteel’s heart for helping others and turning her passion into reality. Here’s to Karsch Family Dental and the bright smiles ahead!”
