Hinkle awarded Belcher Scholarship

Fredericktown Student Lyndee Hinkle was chosen as the local recipient for the Missouri School Board Belcher Scholarship. She will now use her local submission to compete for the regional Belcher Scholarship. Lyndee was recognized by the R-1 School Board and is pictured with Richard Allgier, Board President.
