Members of the Fredericktown Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) from Fredericktown High School recently competed in the Future Business Leaders of America District 12 Leadership Conference at Arcadia Valley Career Center on February 9, 2026.
FBLA members from 19 schools competed in over 65 events in varying capacities from online testing of multiple choice questions to timed performance events and case scenario. Area businesspersons and educators served as judges to provide feedback to the competitors.
Overall, Fredericktown High School FBLA brought home the following awards:
- Katelyn Hebert – 5th Visual Design
- Quinton Warren – 5th Data Science & AI, 5th Personal Finance
- Aiden Schultz – 2nd Cyber Security, 2nd Customer Service
- Jalen Elrod – 2nd Intro to Parliamentary Procedure
- Kane St. Nicholas – 2nd Intro to Marketing Concepts
Quinton Warren, Jalen Elrod, Aiden Schultz, and Kane St. Nicholas, advance to the next level in individual events along with the Parliamentary Procedure Team of Jalen Elrod, Adrian Biesemeyer, Emmitt Warren, and Katelyn Hebert advance to the Missouri FBLA State Leadership Conference held in Springfield, MO, in April.
Their local adviser and Business & Marketing Education instructor is Brenda Jenkins.
Missouri FBLA membership exceeds 13,000 in 550+ chapters, making it the second largest state membership in the nation, a chartered member of National FBLA, and is a registered 501(c)3. Future Business Leaders of America, Inc. FBLA is the largest business Career and Technical Student Organization in the world. Their mission is to inspire and prepare students to become community-minded business leaders in a global society through relevant career preparation and leadership experiences. FBLA-PBL also works to encourage and support entrepreneurship. Each year, FBLA helps over 230,000 members prepare for careers in business.
