East Missouri Action Agency is accepting bids from contractors who have the capability to furnish and install various type of weatherization materials (including insulation). We are requesting bids on an estimated production of 5 0 homes within a twelve month period. These homes are distributed throughout our eight county service delivery area of Bollinger, Cape Girardeau, Iron, Madison, Perry, St. Francois, Ste Genevieve and Washington. Funding is provided by the US Department of Energy and Administered by the Missouri Department of Economic Development/Division of Energy. Additional funding is provided by the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program, Ameren, Spire and Liberty Utilities.
