Merifield, Deceased and the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, creditors and assigns of any deceased defendants; the unknown spouses of any defendants; the unknown officers, successors, trustees, creditors and assigns of any defendants that are existing, dissolved or dormant corporations; the unknown executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, creditors, successors and assigns of any defendants that are or were partners or in partnership; the unknown guardians, conservators and trustees of any defendants that are minors or are under any legal disability; and the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, creditors and assigns of any person alleged to be deceased, and all other persons who are or may be concerned:

You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court

of the St. Francois County, Missouri, the object and general nature of which is to cure title issues on the following described property:

A TRACT OF LAND SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF ST. FRANCOIS AND THE STATE OF MISSOURI, LYING IN PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 38 NORTH, RANGE 4 EAST OF THE FIFTH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT:

COMMENCING AT A FOUND IRON ROD IN AN OLD ROCK PILE MARKING THE SOUTH QUARTER CORNER OF SAID SECTION 23; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 47' 27" EAST, 923.12 FEET ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER TO A FOUND IRON ROD; THENCE

LEAVING SAID EAST LINE, NORTH 89 DEGREES 12' 33" WEST, 369.20 FEET TO A FOUND IRON ROD; THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE TRACT HEREIN DESCRIBED; THENCE CONTINUE NORTH 89 DEGREES 12' 33" WEST, 491.73 FEET TO A FOUND IRON ROD ON THE SOUTHEAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF A COUNTY ROAD (PRIMROSE LANE), THENCE ALONG SAID SOUTHEAST RIGHTOF- WAY LINE AS FOLLOWS, THENCE 15.23 FEET ALONG THE ARE OF A CURVE TO THE RIGHT HAVING A RADIUS OF 370.31 FEET THROUGH A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 02 DEGREES 21' 26" AND WHOSE CHORD BEARS NORTH 27 DEGREES 09'18" EAST 15.23 FE ET, THENCE 186.92 FEET ALONG THE ARC OF A CURVE TO THE RIGHT HAVING A RADIUS OF 1322.21 FEET THROUGH A CENTRAL ANGLE OF A 08 DEGREES 06' 00" AND WHOSE CHORD BEARS NORTH 26 DEGREES 33' 03" EAST, 186.77 FEET, THENCE 94.S2 FEET ALONG THE ARC OF A CURVE TO THE RIGHT HAVING A RADIUS OF 199.18 FEET THROUGH A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 27 DEGREES 11' 24" AND WHOSE CHORD BEARS NORTH 41 DEGREES 28' 07" EAST, 93.64 FEET TO A SET NO. 5 REBAR; THENCE LEAVING SAID SOUTHEAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE, SOUTH 52 DEGREES 47' 30" EAST, 425.95 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

The names of all parties to said action are stated above in the caption hereof and the name and address for Plaintiff is Jennifer M. West, SouthLaw, P.C., 800 Market Street, Suite 1660, St. Louis, Missouri 63101.

You are further notified that unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid petition within 45 days after the 12th day of February, 2019, judgment by default will be rendered against you.
