The State of Missouri to the Bonne Terre Baseball League, Inc, the Unknown Heirs of August M. Carrow (deceased), the Unknown Heirs of Chester Carrow (deceased), the Unknown Heirs of Louise Bohrer (deceased), the Unknown Heirs of Barbara McClean (deceased), the Unknown Heirs of Norvel Williams (deceased), Naomi Hardin, their successors in interest, & all Unknown Heirs:

You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court for the County of St. Francois, Missouri, the object and general nature which is a Petition for Adverse Possession & Quiet Title.

The name of the Plaintiff to said action is the City of Bonne Terre, Missouri and the name and address of the attorney for Plaintiff is: Seth A. Pegram, 101 East Columbia Street, Farmington, Missouri 63640.

You are further notified that, unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid Petition within 45 days after the 8th day of June, 2019, judgment by default will be rendered against you.
