WHEREAS, Thelma Harrison and Mildred Schwab, by their certain Deed of Trust dated May 19, 1997 and recorded in the Recorder's Office of St. Francois County, Missouri, in Book 1344 at page 107 conveyed to the Trustee, the following described property situate, lying and being in the County of St. Francois, State of Missouri, to-wit:

All that part of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 8, Township 35 North, Range 5 East, St. Francois County, Missouri described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of said Section 8, thence South 88 degrees 35 minutes East 63.48 feet to a point in the Western R-O-W of Missouri Route "B", thence along said R-O-W South 13 degrees 25 minutes East 401.65 feet to a point, thence departing from said R-O-W South 88 degrees 25 minutes West 158.62 feet to a point, thence North 0 degrees 16 minutes 30 seconds East 396.65 feet to the point of beginning

Which said conveyance was made in trust to secure the payment of a certain promissory note described in the Deed of Trust and whereas by the terms of the Deed of Trust and Note, the note is past due and remains unpaid, therefore, in conformity with the provisions of the Deed of Trust and at the request of the legal holder of the note, the undersigned Successor Trustee, will on TUESDAY

APRIL 30, 2019

between the hours of nine o'clock in the forenoon and five o'clock in the afternoon of that day at 1:00 P.M. at the North door (entrance from parking lot) of the St. Francois County Annex Building, 1 West Liberty Street, in the City of Farmington, in the County of St. Francois, State of Missouri, sell at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash, the above described real estate to satisfy the note and the cost of executing this trust.
