WHEREAS, Shirley Willett, a single person, by her certain Deed of Trust dated June 23, 2016 and recorded in the Recorder's Office of St. Francois County, Missouri, as Document No. 2016R-05463 conveyed to the Trustee, the following described property situate, lying and being in the County of St. Francois, State of Missouri, to-wit:

All of the SURFACE RIGHTS ONLY in and to Lot Six (6), Block Fourteen (14), Town of Cantwell, as shown on a plat thereof of said town recorded in Plat Book 3 at page 22 in the Recorder's Office of St. Francois County, Missouri.

Which said conveyance was made in trust to secure the payment of a certain promissory note described in the Deed of Trust and whereas by the terms of the Deed of Trust and Note, the note is past due and remains unpaid, therefore, in conformity with the provisions of the Deed of Trust and at the request of the legal holder of the note, the undersigned Trustee, will on WEDNESDAY,

December 4, 2019

between the hours of nine o'clock in the forenoon and five o'clock in the afternoon of that day at 1:00 P.M. at the North door (entrance from parking lot) of the St. Francois County Annex Building, 1 West Liberty Street, in the City of Farmington, in the County of St. Francois, State of Missouri, sell at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash, the above described real estate to satisfy the note and the cost of executing this trust.
