WHEREAS, Daniel L. Daugherty and Tracy Daugherty, husband and wife, by their certain Deed of Trust dated March 25, 2013 and recorded in the Recorder's Office of St. Francois County, Missouri, as Document No. 2013R-02762 conveyed to the Trustee, the following described property situate, lying and being in the County of St. Francois, State of Missouri, to-wit:

Tract 1: All of Lots Three (3) and Seven (7), Block Six (6), Fifth Addition to Lakewood Subdivision as shown on a plat of said subdivision recorded in Plat Book 13 at page 26 of the Land Records of St. Francois County, Missouri.

Tract 2: All of the SURFACE RIGHTS ONLY in and to Lot Fourteen (14), Amended Plat of First Addition to SE Highway Addition to Bonne Terre, as shown on a plat thereof recorded in Plat book 8 at page 28 of the Land Records of St. Francois County, Missouri.

Which said conveyance was made in trust to secure the payment of a certain promissory note described in the Deed of Trust and whereas by the terms of the Deed of Trust and Note, the note is past due and remains unpaid, therefore, in conformity with the provisions of the Deed of Trust and at the request of the legal holder of the note, the undersigned Successor Trustee, will on MONDAY

JANUARY 28, 2019

between the hours of nine o'clock in the forenoon and five o'clock in the afternoon of that day at 1:00 P.M. at the North Front door of the County Court House in the City of Farmington, in the County of St. Francois, State of Missouri, sell at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash, the above described real estate to satisfy the note and the cost of executing this trust.
