The Successor Trustee will on January 2, 2019, between the hours of 9:00 o'clock A.M. and 5:00 P.M. more particularly at 10:30AM, at the St. Francois County Courthouse, 1 North Washington Street, South Front door, Farmington, MO 63640, sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash, the following real estate:

All of Lot Twenty-Six (26), Eggers Subdivision as shown on plat thereof recorded in plat book 10 at page 31 of the land records of St. Francois County, Missouri.

For the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the costs of executing this trust.
